Chunks loading incorrectly/unable to interact with world upon opening

Banners with names on maps are sometimes dark when created and makes map revert to previous version

Water/Lava Sources do not update observers when changing states

No bug report, just my worlds are getting randomly deleted after me playing on them a lot. They are still in the saves folder, but don't show up in game
