Realm behavior pack load order keeps resetting and creating compatibility issues

Can't rename items in anvil anymore

when using the spyglass it will disappear from my hand and then proceed to fly around the map while spinning

My realm shows there are no resource packs applyed but still asks members to apply texture packs and applies old texture packs
