Game keeps setting players back in time/losing hours of progress

Please Fix The Following Bugs: In The 1.14 Snapshots, I Teleported Very far And The Terrain Wouldn't Load, And I Created The World in That Same Snapshot, And In 19w09a, It Keeps Removing My Item Frames And Give The Items Back, And I Cant Rebuild Them.
