Game Lag

Mob spawner keeps spawning monsters even when torched the surrounding area, not a single mob to be found as they die as soon as they spawn.

Game runs nice and smooth until trying to break a block, breaking animation is ok but once the block breaks there is a weird delay that lags game, then after a few seconds all the blocks disappear.
