I tried replaced a map on realms it will not work at all, Ive tried it many times with many maps and it says "Error: An Errror occured"

Im trying to replace a map on realms but it says error occur or initializing update for 8 minutes before saying error ocurred again. It does not even let me reset the map and dissapointed because im paying for a realm I cant even use
