I am not to see every purchase I have in headwear

2 things, one when I go into headwear it only shows a few items and non of the items that I have bought or downloaded, 2 I am not able to join my other Nintendo switch friends I try to buy it keeps getting stuck on the “locating severs” screen

I have many skin packs and worlds but the mashup packs such as my nightmare and toy story and the marine biologist are saying they need an update but when I hit the update button it does not work and I would like to use the packs too so

All of my skins and everything on my main account had disappeared I am not able to recover them it says that I need to buy them even though I already had.
