Realms backrolling and trouble getting into realms

basically my friend made a 10 player realm on xbox and im on pc trying to join and it sais loading resource packs and gets stuck on it p[lease help

Variable for the command block don't work

My characters never load when i start the game and refreshing doesnt di anything,they were working a few patches before though

When I open my Minecraft I wait for fiteen second the it kicks me out of the app.

So my skins for Minecraft Java edition are down and yet my brothers isn't.When io go into a server all of the skins are steve and Alex's.We're are on the same update
