i purchased a moana pack and another minecraft skin pack for my game on the xbox store but neither one are showing up in the inventory and i don't see any of my purchased packs on the app on my phone i thought i could use them on there too

The other day I bought some mine-coins on the Switch edition of Minecraft (the 320 mine-coins pack). After I bought a skin pack using on 160 mine-coins. Today when I was on the Marketplace and the other half of my mine-coins were gone. Can you fix this?
On another note, images for custom packs on the market place and servers don't render on my Minecraft edition. I have a friend who also plays on switch and this doesn't seem to be a problem for them.
