Says I'm not signed into PlayStation network and won't let me join my friends games.

When I open the Minecraft app on my PS4 and press play I then go to friends and it says that I am not signed into my PlayStation network account and I cannot join any of my friends games. But I am signed into my playstation network account, it's fine for all my other games. I've tried testing my connection and it says I'm connected to PlayStation network. I've tried resetting my PlayStation resetting the app and it doesn't work. I've tried signing in and out of my Microsoft account and it still does not work. It will be like this for days not allowing me to join friends worlds. The exact message says "You are not connected to "PlayStation Network". You will not be able to join your friends multiplayer games. Sign in to PlayStation Network to join your friends world". This is impossible because I am already signed into my PlayStation network account. It's been like this for over a week now and it is extremely frustrating. When my friends try to invite me to their games it just takes me back to the Home Screen of Minecraft and won't allow me to join. I've even tried uploading my Minecraft date to the cloud on my PlayStation and redos loading the data and that still did not work. I'm not sure what else to do on my end. I have provided a picture of me testing my connection and it saying that I'm signed into my PlayStation network. My PlayStation is also up to date on updates
