I'm attempting to join my friend's minecraft world but it doesn't appear on the list. I am friended with them and their world still doesn't appear

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
