my friend can’t join my world

my friend and i are suddenly not able to play on our world, but it’s only her who’s not able to join. my game is very prone to crashing and one day it crashed, she hasn’t been able to get back into my world since. we’ve tried everything. we’ve offloaded the app, un friended and friended each other, checked if we are on the same version, logged out and back into microsoft, nothing is working. i got my sibling to join to see if it’s not working for everyone but they could join. when she joins, it says her name in the pause menu where all the players are, but she isn’t in the world. she’s stuck on the loading screen until she gets disconnected. we’re really stuck on what to do, but we don’t wanna lose our world. i made a new one and she can join that one, so it’s only that one world.
