I found this bug in version 1.17.0.52. This bug is a kind of glitch texture on running water, more precisely falling. actually this bug I found in Minecraft which is quite old, I forgot to be precise. But it's back again. Take a look at the attachment below.

so. Just now I was exploring maps and caves. And I found Glitch in the waterfall section. Please fix it right away, because it's getting annoying.
