hello! i been dealing with this problem for so so long, months actually. it’s getting out of hand since i been everywhere trying to fix this problem! On the servers i been muted for a long time, my friends said it’s called shadow muted??? but i been trying so hard to get unmuted so i can chat with friends. I email all the servers and xbox and this is really my last resource.. it’s tiring. The servers said i was muted but couldn’t do anything then the xbox live said nothing seems to be wrong with my account? please email right away! i just wanna play the game with others i been playing minecraft for so long and never gave me a problem until the new stuff which got me muted for no reason! thanks so much!! please help everyone has been just telling me they can’t help or find the problem and been giving me the same links to go too.. just back in forth.
