[BDS-14654] Can't waterlog blocks

To whom it may concern,
Hi. I've been experiencing a bug, which is, everytime I try to waterlog a block, instead of water logging it, it ignores the block completely and the water becomes invisible at the source and spreads everywhere. When I try to remove the block, it acts normal and leaves the source Block alone.
Please fix this issue, i need my waterlogged stairs again!
