1. Issue caused by corrupted chunks. If players load them - the server crashes. And every time since then, if this exact player joins - the server crashes
2. Everything is good with files. I can even convert the world to Java Anvil format to use in other server core (what I did).
(Statements may appear conflicting, but I cannot distinguish the appearance of corrupt chunk cause it looks like a normal one)

Would it be possible to upload copy of the world with corrupted chunks that cause this issue?

It may be due to data loss caused by uploading, but I think the probability is very small. You can try to delete the original map and let the server create a new map. If there is no problem with the map created by the server itself , it may be a problem with the map you uploaded.
