Should the lectern drop the book be handled by the server?

Due to some needs. I tried to prevent the podium from dropping the book. At first, I made LecternBlock::_dropBook return the flase value, but it didn’t work. Finally, I tried to modify the LecternUpdatePacket directly. Even though the content of the package was modified, it still couldn’t prevent the podium from dropping. Book, I think this may be an event handled by the client, but this should not be handled by the client! This may cause the client to use abnormal means to obtain other items, please fix it, thank you.
