All of my villagers, pets and and named monsters despawned

I logged into my world today and i went to my iron farmed and saw it was not working. I go to investigate and find out that my 20 villagers have despawned, these villagers all had jobs. I get scared and go to my house in order to make sure that my pets are still in the game, i had hope because they were all named and were sitting down, to my surprise they had all despawned, it is very sad because ive had those pets since very early in my world, these consisted of 3 dogs and 2 cats as well as 2 parrots. All of my horses had despawned months before but i didnt care as much as i did with my dogs and my cats also i thought the horse bug might have been fixed by now, sadly that is probably not true since now dogs and cats are now despawning.
