After wearing elytra top half of avatar passes through solid blocks

Does this issue occur only od Bedrock Dedicated server or can it be reproduced on local world/Realms?

I am on Bedrock playing on my Playstation 4 I play my own world and haven't yet tried out any servers or realms, just play world on game downloaded to ps4

This issue was before the last update but I always assumed it had already been reported but when I went to report recent bugs from this update I did search for this issue and didn't find it

it also makes me pass through closed trap doors when swimming. I came out of one block swimming tunnel into one block deep water and avatar stood up instead of staying standing and my top half went into solid block and I started suffocating and couldn't escape I had to use my shovel and dig out into the water where I have conduit effect

I do not need to hit a wall for this to happen. I have switched armor in midflight while over water and just landed in water safely. The top half of my avatar will pass through solid block afterward until I reload game despite having no impact while wearing elytra
