I try to play a disc but there's no sound coming from the jukebox while I'm playing in the PE edition

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-41651, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
As mentioned in the description of that ticket, you will need to download the free music pack from the Marketplace to hear music.
