I'm trying to do nether armor like I've done in the pass seen multiple videos on YouTube to see if was doing something wrong but no it does not aloud me too it's on minecraft PE please fix

Does this issue only occur on Bedrock Dedicated Server or can it be reproduced on Realms/Local Worlds? What platform are you using?

Is that a nether brick or a netherite ingot? I am pretty sure netherite is more black colored than that. Did you craft it using netherite scrap and gold? If yes, then it should be working.
