I have been having my boats vanish when I leave them. I noticed they would persist if I got out on a slab block, but even that is not helping now. It does not happen every time but it happens more often than not.
Additionally, I am noticing that my minecarts with hoppers are either stopping on the tracks, despite adequate powered rail in the system, or they are disappearing completely. This is something that Mojang said was fixed sometime in 4th Quarter 2021, but I am still noticing it on my realm.
The realm is private and I have been the only person in it so far.

Well...this is embarrassing...it seems the boats aren't disappearing anymore. I jumped in and out of a boat several times on Realms and on a brand new local game. No boat disappeared during these tests; so that's promising!
As for the minecarts with hoppers disappearing, I was not able to test that yet and that test may take a bit more time. I will monitor it on the realm and create a world test for the minecarts on a local game.
