Can't destroy blocks with mining,
Collecting items far from me but slowly
Getting hit from far away but not near
Could barely open doors
Can't interact with Villagers
When I joined again, I can do these actions again as help from my friend of whom I'm playing with.

Well, yes. Of course. It took place on Xbox Live. Basically on my friend's Bedrock Dedicated Server.
And also, if this problem happens, what I can do is to exit then rejoin the world.

Here's how to reproduce:
Certain conditions can make this issue possible (Including high latency or poor connection, rejoining at a certain time, or respawning after being defeated by any hostile mob)
A problem with a server
Restarting the game upon disconnection
Observation: On another server with the same friend, the second profile in my Xbox One joins but one of these made him/her have said glitch before rejoining. This is a rare glitch.
Expectation: What could possibly happen is with Global Resources not working before resetting as it fails to load before restarting the game.
All in all, this is a "Member as a Visitor" situational bug. Hopefully it doesn't happen again once it's fixed.
