[BDS-17501] My XP bar stays empty.

When ever I get XP it doesn't fill up my bar at all. I don't know why it is doing this.

Does this issue occur only on bedrock dedicated server or it can be reproduced on local worlds/Realms? What platform are you using? Can you gain leveles despite bar being empty?

I had mending armor on and I didn't realize that XP would go to it instead of my hotbar.
