I bought a texture pack an i cant install the pack it wont get past step 2 of 2 it freezes ... it stays stuck on this screen it doesnt do anything , i already uninstalled thinking that would help but it does not . help please ?

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-157196, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate. There is a potential workaround in this comment that you can try.
