villagers, lamas, horses and game freezes alot

On my nintendo switch world all the villagers dont take jobs. They used to earlier in the world but now they dont. The villagers that i have that already have a job have no job uniform and the only look that changes is a little beige or grey dot on their right side under their waist. Now the villagers wont take jobs even with a bed and their workstation. Please fix this so i can trade with villagers. Also horses and lamas are very buggy and flash black. The game also freezes alot
