Yes, fresh install. No extra packs of any kind installed at all.

Unsure if it's related since there are no server health logs at all, but my server does experience significant intermittent lag even though processor/RAM util is quite low.

Any way at all I can get access to some basic logging of the bedrock server process? Or maybe a hidden debug log level flag I can enable temporarily to get you more information?
