L world image is in black and white and every time I try to open the world it says "ffailed to sync world data"

I tried to load into my Minecraft world that me and my friends have spent quite a bit of time on and all of a sudden the game image on the left side of the screen is in black and white and everytime I try to load in it says failed to sync world data, it won't even allow me into the edit world tab, please help as I've tried everything as to restating my console, uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
