Updated version to 1.19.62. Was attempting to place fence and wall on top of a spruce log and it would not allow the fence or wall to be placed without destroying the block, replacing the block, and then placing the fence or wall there. It seems to be glitching and thinking that the fence/wall cannot be placed there.
