Hello! ever since yesterday morning at 6AM PST i been getting error code cauldron, been unable to play minecraft. i have been trying to contact support and obtain help to solve this error code. i tried all the steps in the error code general troubleshooting, i have a great wifi connection and tried hard resetting my xbox. i also uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft multiple times and restarted minecraft. i play on Bedrock(Xbox), my brother in the same house also has the same issue and so does my partner in another house.
