[BDS-18857] Hotbar disappears every time after respawn

I am playing survival world two player split screen on Nintendo switch. Every time when someone dies and respawn, the hotbar disappears, then if I keep playing like that, Minecraft will say problem occurred and then we exit the game. When hotbar disappear we always save & quit and go back in the world again which brings back the hotbar. But it’s really annoying to do that every time someone dies.
