The water flow keeps stopping and starting like super quick, sometimes in the same spot or it goes down but starts back up in the same place depending on where I'm looking, using this water as an elevator but everytime I look at the water this happens and it almost stops the flow altogether until I stop looking which is making the use the way I want to impossible
