I have made a skin for my avatar, on "skindex", which is a very commonly used site for bedrock players to create skins with, HOWEVER after using this same method for years, as well as resorting to other methods(different sites, gallery/photo apps,etc) to try and fix the issue, it still refused to work, regardless of me spending hours on this skin(in which I have made & used many other's like it before). I will paste visual evidence below, if needed I will provide additional (& more detailed) information
