Ever since the new pale gardens update, starting on 12/16/24, my bedrock vanilla survival server has been crashing randomly. So far we've had about 8 crashes since this time, with four happening within the last 36 hours. We have logged what everyone was doing during the crash, but nothing is consistent enough to be able to pin point what is happening to make the server crash.
