When traveling between dimensions, 3 blocks appear below the portal

I experienced that problem and it is what I am reporting but I am attaching a video for you to see and analyzing why I am a technical player who does not have massive farms to corrupt worlds and I know how the portals are managed but since the last update I tried to link other portals and I passed that bug and it also affected my portals that were already created before. It should be noted that it only happens to those that are created on an artificial platform of 1 or maximum 2 blocks below the portal and nothing happened before. Thanks in advance for the help
