For the last couple weeks the game will randomly freeze. I called xbox tech support three seperate time , and they could not resolve the issue.

I'll bet it's I MC glich or lag I see this commonly cross surfece. I once had a problem where I had been frozen every 30 sec but it built up to be that bad.
