No current clients can connect to 1.21.70.04

Cannot Reproduce

I’ve upgraded my Linux BDS to 1.21.70 but no clients will connect to it. I’ve tried Windows and iOS. I’ve updated clients to the latest version. Are the client updates lagging or is something else going on?
