Error with minecraft:jigsaw_structure_metadata after upgrading from 1.21.80.3 to 1.21.90.4

I had a running Bedrock server with no issues on launch. After a client update was received, I updated the server version to match and now get this error when launching the server. The world itself seems fine, no damaged chunks on preliminary inspection.

I installed all files in the zip except the server.properties which I used my existing config.

Environment

Server:
Windows 10 Pro
Intel i7 5930k
32GB RAM
configured for 4 max threads

I’m seeing this also.

Still happening on 1.21.91.1

I get the same error message.

Same issue after updating to 1.21.91.1.

  • Are there any other necessary steps that could help us to reproduce this issue?

  • Except for the server.properties and worlds folder, were there any other files that was not replaced during update?

  • Can you provide all the server files to help us investigate the issue?

Hi there!
Thank you for your response!

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response

  • We are not able to run the server, is it blocked with password by any chance?

  • Can you please check again if this issue is present after replacing ALL files except for the server.properties and worlds directory?

As we stated in previous comments, we are not able to reproduce this issue, that is why we ask to check whether the server was updated correctly.

This ticket will automatically reopen once you reply. Thanks!

The error is resolved when the files and folders are reloaded cleanly onto the server (e.g., bedrock-server-1.21.95.1).
Delete them first, don't just add and overwrite them.
