[BDS-22843] BDS 1.21.102.1 버전에서 로컬 클라이언트 접속 오류 발생 (InitialConnection-46)

문제 현상: BDS 1.21.102.1 버전 서버와 최신 버전 마인크래프트 클라이언트(Windows 10/11)를 같은 PC에서 실행했을 때, LAN 서버 목록에 서버가 나타나지만 접속 시 'InitialConnection-46' 오류가 발생합니다.
재현 방법:
1. 마인크래프트 BDS 1.21.102.1 서버 파일을 공식 사이트에서 다운로드합니다.
2. bedrock_server.exe를 실행합니다.
3. 동일한 PC에서 최신 버전의 마인크래프트 클라이언트를 실행합니다.
4. 친구 탭의 LAN 서버에 접속을 시도합니다.
5. 'InitialConnection-46' 오류가 발생하며 접속에 실패합니다.
시도한 해결책:
- 방화벽 허용 규칙 추가
- 루프백 예외 설정 (CheckNetIsolation.exe LoopbackExempt)
- BDSE 스크립트 없이 bedrock_server.exe 단독 실행
