The new resource pack of the addon is not applied, and the old resource pack continues to be applied

The latest version of the addon in the image is version 2.9.5a. The older version, resourcepack 2.9.2.1, overlaps with the latest version, resourcepack 2.9.5a, and I can no longer import it. I thought I had deleted the old resourcepack 2.9.2.1 and behaviorpack 2.9.2.1, but they are still remaining and being applied. I deleted all the resourcepacks and behaviorpacks and tried importing again, but the problem persisted.
