Custom Music Discs don't display their "Now Playing" message when played in a jukebox.

Upon using a custom music disc on a jukebox, no “now playing” message is shown to nearby players, while on local worlds this functionality is preserved. This can be easily recreated by transferring a local world with an addon containing an item with the “minecraft:record” component set up to a bedrock dedicated server and attempting to play the disc in a jukebox.
