Ever since Chaos Cubed and all minor versions since, allays won’t duplicate on BDS servers. I have tried on multiple servers on different hosts and it’s the same problem. I don’t have that issue on single player worlds. It’s not a cooldown issue as I’ve waited 10 minutes while constantly loading the area the allay is in.
Replicate: tie an allay to a fence post next to a jukebox. Put any disc into the jukebox. Watch the allay dance. Use an amethyst shard on the allay.
Result: the allay dances and the use animation occurs, but no hearts are around the allay and no new allay is created.
Expected Result: hearts should appear around the allay and a new allay should appear.
