iOS clients unable to join with InitialConnection-13 only on Nethernet. RakNet, PC, and LAN work.

No iOS users can join my BDS externally. Players on PC can join just fine, and everyone (including iOS) on LAN can join through both the Worlds and Servers tabs (using the local IP). I am using an Xfinity Gateway for internet, and my friends are all using iPhone 12 or higher to try joining. I’ve tried cellular, a No-IP domain, different ports, VPNs. Nothing works. Using RakNet fixes the problem, but is not really a solution.

Attached is a screenshot of the connection error on an iPhone 12. Why it says 13 I don’t know because it is definitely a 12.
