The Bedrock Edition has suspicious stew, but the actual item cannot be seen either in the give command nor the creative inventory and seems to only be proved it exists in the crafting grid, it also does not have any guides on it’s recipe implemented into the game

As explained in MCPE-51173, the absence of Suspicious Stew from the creative inventory is intentional. It also cannot be obtained with the /give command. The only way to obtain it is to craft it.
