[BDS-3746] Villagers and other mobs despawn even when I name tag them when I go far away from my base

Built a minecart to a stronghold about 3000 blocks away. Every time I go there, at least 5 of my animals or master villagers despawn. Started with my polar bear and it took my fortune 3 librarian too. Ive seen the other issue regarding this but this has only happened once I started going far away in my world so maybe it is a new issue
