I am someone new to this and I am going to start my own server for me and my friends, but the fact is that it gives me an error when starting bedrock_server.exe when this comes out
api-ms-win-core-memory-l1-1-5.dll
and I would like to know if there is any way to fix it.

Please contact the community support, linked below.
The error you describe us usually because you are running an old version of Windows. BDS will only function on supported versions of Windows 10 (and equivalent Server distributons).
