My friend and I were trying to play but the game kept crashing and eventually a screen popped up saying to contact Minecraft. and then I wanted to see if my worlds were gone ( they weren't) but my favorite skin pack was. The Simpsons skin pack was gone from my owned skins and I can't buy it back as it is no longer in the store. What do I do
