I wiped nether from my world and installed my world. If i enter nether from client (no server) it generates normal structures and netherrack+lava. But on BDS, it generates with stone+water. I loaded some chunks with phone, but BDS is generating stone only.

The cause of BDS-6230 appears to be players only copying some of the provided server files. Please check the panel in the description of the linked ticket.
