Chunks that are now being reached in overworld have no terrain, just stone and occasional water and structures/shipwrecks.

We're tracking this issue as BDS-6230, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
The cause of BDS-6230 appears to be users incorrectly upgrading their server files. Please check the panel in the description of the linked ticket.
If you aren't already, please don't forget to use the search feature, the less time volunteers spend linking duplicates the more time we have to update new reports.
