about 3 updates ago that took away everything, skins, textures and emotes. (the things I had came with the Minecraft version xbox)
One day I got into Minecraft and as always my skin had been removed and I went to customize it again and when I wanted to choose the ones I had I couldn't because none appeared to me, 99% of the times I enter Minecraft I don't have them and he 1% if I have them and then they are taken away
