All ground items show as smooth stone while on the ground but when picked up they turn back to normal.

Everytime an item is dropped it's picture id is shown as smooth stone. Once picked up it is back to normal though. For instance if you press "q" and throw some dirt down on the ground. It will show up as stone, but when you pick it up, it turns back to dirt. Also this is on a Realms server and I think my brother was messing around with a commands block and he was playing around with summoning commands. We tried taking the world and loading into single player and the issue was fixed but when re uploading the world to the Realm the problem persists.
